Incorporating inter-generational design at West Thomson St creates a distinct identity for the development as a welcoming, safe, and inclusive place for all residents to feel comfortable.

Green infrastructure will provide a strong framework around the Collective Architecture designed homes, enhancing biodiversity whilst providing seasonal interest and sensory enrichment.

Playful spaces are seamlessly embedded into the landscape using planting, landforms and seating to encourage play for all ages. Path links aid movement and encourage residents to be more active.
